The Progressive Goal Attainment Programme (PGAP) is an evidence-based treatment programme for reducing disability associated with pain, depression and cancer and other chronic health conditions. The unique aspect of PGAP is that it is the first programme specifically designed to target the psycho-social risk factors which are associated with disability and which have been shown to be underlying factors which limit return to work and life role reintegration.
